Technical Information
1. For safety purpose, the bit design matches European standard
EN847-1, with anti-kickback design.
2. Extra thickness of the industrial grade carbide is used:
-Result in a stronger, longer lasting bit.
-Allow faster feed cuts and provide smooth cuts.
-Can be resharpened more times than standard bit.
3. Selected the best grade of steel to make the tool body. With
heat treatment to avoid it's breakage while the bits cut any type
of materials.
4. 4 or 5 axis grinding machine used to guarantee precision tooth
geometry.
